The customer takes full responsibility for ordering items and all its substitutions which were chosen by the customer; all information provided, including the information from our parts catalogs regarding the spare parts and their substitutions, is for the customer’s information only. In case the customer orders a discontinued part, we have the right to supply an OEM substitution part number, and no refund will be given if the price for the substitution is cheaper. By ordering spare parts or a substitution, a customer takes full responsibility for the correctness and suitability of the part number ordered by the customer - as ra.parts does not carry responsibility for customers’ mistakes in part numbers or spare parts ordered by users. We don't guarantee that all ordered parts will be available in stock. Your order might be canceled or partially shipped. For unavailable items, you will get a refund for the item as well as shipping charges if they apply. In some cases, a refund will be given only for the cost of the items, because the item could be very light and will not affect the shipping charges, as couriers’ charges have a minimum criterion of 1 KG. The customer takes full responsibility for any import tax in destination countries, if they are applicable.
ra.parts parts are returnable provided they have not been installed, used, or damaged and are returned within 5 days of receiving your order. You will lose shipping (actual shipping charges if you received free shipping), and there will be a Restocking Fee of 20% (10$ minimum) on ALL returned parts. Parts returned used or incomplete, or parts returned to a different address will receive no refund. Parts that are returned as wrong parts or defective are subject to a full restocking fee. Parts returned as wrong parts or defective will be subject to the rules above. Installed parts returned as defective or wrong, without prior approval by our staff, will not be refunded. Parts returned after 30 days will not be refunded. No exceptions. Please keep your tracking information and send a copy of your tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org; this is your proof of return.
ra.parts has a right to refund money the same way it was received. If parts were not available in stock or supplied in a lesser quantity - funds will be returned including shipping charges for each item. ra.parts has a right to supply a lesser quantity or cancel the order completely. We do not refund the difference for parts that were supplied as substitutions if they were cheaper originally.
The customer has a right to cancel an order if the order has not been shipped yet. If the status of the order is showing as "Paid," then the customer has a right to cancel the order and will receive a full refund without any charges. If the order has being shipped already, you can request a "Return." Please refer to the Return Policy.
All shipments are fully covered by insurance. ra.parts makes all efforts to ensure that your parcel arrives to you in perfect condition. ra.parts will not be held liable for any damages that occur during shipment. ra.parts shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates are given as approximate. The buyer shall not be entitled to charge-backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as a result of late shipment or failure to deliver in the estimated time of delivery. You agree not to refuse ANY shipments for any reason. Refused shipments will be subject to additional shipping charges before replacement items are sent. We ship to almost 180 countries. Be aware that in some cases, small items might be missing from the original packing, due to bulk supply from the manufacturer (items like bolts, nuts, bushes, etc...). We deal with such well-known companies as FedEx, DHL, EMS, and Emirates Post (for Registered Parcels). In most cases we dispatch parcels within 1-3 working days. Glass (like windshields and side door glass) items require a wooden crate, subject to extra fee between 50-200 USD depending on the size and destination country.
We should be notified of all damaged or defective items via email: email@example.com within 1 day from the date of receiving the package. Otherwise the Republic Auto Spare Parts insurance team will not cover the loss.
Governing Law / Jurisdiction
The Agreements are subject to the laws of the state of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to choice or conflicts of law principles. Further, you and Republic Auto Spare Parts agree to the jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy that relates to or arises in connection with the Agreements.
